Flower essences as gentle support for the inner weather.
I was first introduced to flower essences as a little girl. Something about them stayed with me — quiet, gentle, and somehow alive. In my twenties I bought my own set and began exploring, first with my own moods, then with those around me. What started as a curious, joyful practice slowly became something I couldn't imagine working without.
Today, flower essences are an essential part of how I work. I believe in their power. And I have watched clients thrive with this added layer of support in their healing journeys.
Bach Flowers work in two directions:
Amplifying what wants to grow — there are essences that increase feelings of hope, confidence, clarity, courage, and inner trust. They support what is already moving in you.
Easing what feels too loud — there are essences that gently reduce fear, overwhelm, panic, exhaustion, and emotional reactivity. Not by suppressing, but by softening.
Developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s, the 38 essences address specific emotional states. A custom blend is chosen intuitively and collaboratively — listening for what your system is asking for in this particular season of your life.
