Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

An expanded window for the work that's been waiting.

Ketamine is a legal, physician-prescribed medicine that can open a window of expanded awareness — softening the defenses, quieting the inner critic, and creating access to parts of yourself that have been difficult to reach in traditional talk therapy.

I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in collaboration with a trusted prescribing medical provider. Together we hold the clinical and the soul-centered — so that what the medicine opens, the therapeutic relationship helps integrate.

What KAP looks like:

  • A preparation session to set intention, build safety, and orient your nervous system
  • The KAP session itself — 2 hours, held with presence and clinical attunement
  • An integration session within 24–48 hours following the experience, to anchor insight into lasting change

Sessions are held in person in Long Beach or via telehealth. Because ketamine affects coordination and perception, a trusted person must be physically present with you at home during all remote sessions.

The experience alone is not the work.

Many people find their way to plant medicines, ceremonies, or psychedelic experiences outside of clinical settings. They go seeking something — relief, clarity, meaning, contact with something larger than themselves. And often, they find it.

But the experience alone is not the work.

What you encounter in non-ordinary states — the visions, the emotions, the openings, the difficult passages — needs somewhere to land. Without integration, insight fades. Patterns reassert themselves. The window closes before anything truly shifts.

This is where we come in.

Integration work is done with presence and pace, drawing on the brain's heightened neuroplasticity in the weeks following a psychedelic experience — that fertile window where new ways of being are genuinely available, and the nervous system is more open to building a new reality than it may ever be again.

Using IFS, somatic work, and depth psychology, we help what surfaced find its rightful place in your life — not as a memory, but as a living change.

This work supports:

  • Processing recent psychedelic experiences (any substance or ceremony)
  • Preparing intentionally for upcoming medicine work
  • Ongoing integration over time for those working with medicine repeatedly
  • Difficult or challenging experiences that need careful, skilled holding

Available in person in Long Beach or online worldwide.
